अगर लड़की के पास स्वयं के नाम से 6 एकड़ जमीन और एक कार हो
और लड़के के पास कोई इन्काम ना हो
तब भी न्यायाधीष धारा 125 में खान खुराक बान्ध सकता है क्या

sethi sir pr ladki ke pass jamin hai jisme kam se kam 4 lakh ki kamai hoti hogi year ki

If you say that she is deriving income from sources you could have proved it along with the establishing that the husband is penniless without any source of income. The issue should have been fought in the court and not here in this portal.
