. She was staying in my father home (after marriage till expiry in 2016 AUGUST )and have accounts there too( let us take this place as B) . She have aadhar election card etc on place B. death certificate is got on place B .she has written her son and daughter as nominees in both places. My mother brother stay in place A

HOW TO CLAIM MONEY IN PLACE A , when aadhar is of place B

Aadhar is only to establish identity of deceased.Nominee can claim irrespective of where he resides.Once bank is satisfied about genuinenes of claimant amount will be paid.I am not familiar with the Post Office settlement process.
The claim can also be routed through the Bank where claimant has an account.I am not sure whether present staff will undertake to do this as they are accustomed to Online banking rather than writing and forwarding letters.

Identity of nominee has to be provided at the time of claim at both places.

Have nominee approached for payment and whether any objection was raised by the concerned office?

Nominee can stake claim in PO also.

Visit any nearest PO and check deceased depositor claim forms and requisites.

You will get any idea.

Submit claim without delay...............under proper acknowledgment.

Nominee can open a/c in PO and obtain Cheque book.

The PO a/c now is operative like CBS a/c of bank.
