Greetings of the day,

I wanted to know what is the current (FY 2016-2017) rate of interest on delayed payment of gratuity to be paid for a 5 months delay in payout.

It has been 10%pa.

You may recheck with ALC/DLC in nearest o/o Labor Commissioner (Central/ State).
