Respected Experts..
I have complained to Hon'ble Lokayukta of Maharashtra regarding some illegal Back Door appointments on the post of Teachers, which were done by making forged documents and by making ante dated documents in the year 2012.... Accordingly those appointments are cancelled by education department in the month of August. Now I have collected various documents regarding forgery. I want to lodge FIR against all persons involved in this huge conspiracy but due to my illness and other busy schedules I was out of station. Can I lodge FIR now because already 4 months has been passed after cancellation of alleged appointments and various documents which I have collected was in the month of October..

When the appointments cancelled?

Whether the authority has given any order for investigation while cancelling appointments?

How much time has passed?

Authority has not given any orders for investigation sir and they are not going to pass any such orders also. Because all those persons including EDUCATION officials , alleged employees and alleged members of the said Society running the said school are having "Hand In Glove" with each other. Unless there would have been a pressure upon all of them from Hon'ble Lokayukta then such illegal appointments were never been cancelled in spite of having prima facie case of forgery and engulfing huge Government Grants since 4 years. I have collected various documents under RTI to prove that those alleged employees were not at all on work since last 4 years. Neither any type of advertisement was given nor any interview was held as claimed by them and most importantly last 4 years records show that they were not at all the part of the said educational institution in said period. in such enormous unemployment in our country only seven persons appeared for seven posts for so called interview from various Districts etc....these are some of the illegalities in so called Appointments along violation of various GR issued by Govt. from time to time for recruitment process.

The Lokayukta has not referred the matter, further!

No . Lokayukta didn't go in further details...he even didn't took the enquiry reports and etc seriously and even didn't take my written submission which I have made after cancellation of alleged appointments...he just closed the matter by just taking 10 minutes hearing and told me that as per your complaint all the illegal appointments has been cancelled by Education officer ...now nothing remains for adjudication.... shall I write again to Lokayukta ?? Is that permissible after closing the complaint at the office of Lokayukta and even after passing necessary Order of closing the case ?? At the time of Lokayukta hearing I have not got the other relevant documents completely because Education official didn't provide me the documents submitted and prepared by alleged employees for Back Door entry intentionally...all of them just wanted to get the Matter to be closed as early as possible at file of Lokayukta without any details etc...... May I go to Lokayukta or Direct Lodge FIR ...

Appointments were cancelled in August and Lokayukta closed the case in August also... Relevant documents regarding alleged appointments has been collected by me from various offices till the month of October under RTI ....

You can file FIR now as there is no limitation in general for criminal cases. Police will investigate. Its better the matter be investigated by CBI. It appears it has far wider ramifications than what we think it to be the case with its forgeries etc.Also once again take the RTI COLLECTED INFORMATION To lOKAYUKTA AND APPRISE HIM WITH EVIDENCE REGARDING TEACHERS RECRUITMENT SCANDAL.many more skeletons will tumble out.If you APPRECIATE THIS ANSWER PLEASE GIVE ME ALL MY PROFILE LIKES.

It seems government was involved directly or indirectly, FIR may not fetch required results.

Write to state Vigilance department.

Taking up with the opposition party and media may fetch better results sooner or later.

I have lodged FIR Against 12 accused who were involved in making Back Door entry illegal appointments by preparing ante dated forged Documents and also offence punishable under section 420, 467,471,167 and 34 of IPC has been registered against all of the accused..But local police is not doing any type of inquiry or interogation of the accused nor police has arrested any one of the accused as the FIR is registered on 13th of February...Can we pray or demand to transfer our case to Crime branch ...And if we can demand then whome the demand should be made and what's the procedure to transfer the the case from local police station to crime branch...
