Delay in getting notice in rcr case from court

(Querist) 29 July 2014 This query is : Resolved
Dear Experts,
I submitted all details and a sum of money to an advocate for filing restitution of conjugal rights case in Poonthamalle court of Tiruvallur dist. near Chennai. Even after four months there is no notice from court. When asked he is not responding properly, not giving the case number, he says it is getting delayed because the court is busy.
When I inquired, people say it will be 10 to 15 days after the case get numbered.
Which one is true? Is it really takes more than four months for the court to send notice?
Expecting your valuable replies.
Thanking you!

Recheck thru another Advocate/ Personally.
It does not take even 20 days...
case no. is given immediately..

& DO NOT FORGET THAT RCR IS USELESS PROSECUTION...U R WASTING YOUR MONEY & TIME.

i agree that RCR is ineffective . after wasting 2 years in court you may get RCR decree but you cant force your wife to stay with you .
