Dear Sir,
I could not able to find the definition of Term Loan, so can anyone help me in this regard. As where I can find its inception and other related information as it is found in Union List, as per Constitution of India, 1950, as per Item No.38. But i failed to obtain its official Definition, so please help me in this regard.

Both the words are common words with meaning contained in every dictionary. If you understand the meaning of loan, you simply need to check the meaning of the word, "TERM" even in an ordinary dictionary.

Three more vague and irrelevant posts by you clearly depicts your greed for points. Do you think for each query I am awarded 100000 points, while you are getting only 1 point? You should have known that not for each query but for each answer equal points are given to one and all. But, you get points for your irrelevant posts, even not being your answer to the query.

A dull headed person can't understand, what is what of the computer system. Nobody is sitting their behind the computers of LCI 24 hours a day to discriminate on the posts of each person continuously to award points to different persons with discrimination, while members are not paying even a penny to them for the service they render to the members. Your childish brain has no capacity to distinguish between the functioning of application software and the manual system, Ms. Usha Kapoor.
