3. Can I file a seperate civil case for compensation?

4.If so how much I have to pay as court fee and other charges for 10 Lakh compensation case in Kerala (exclding lawyers fee)?

1. How can I speedup the court procedings of this case?
Opinion:- contact a lawyer personally and take his/her services for the speedup the proceedings.

2. I have strong evidence against ex then what is the maximum punishment can expect against ex wife?
Opinion: Punishment is depend on the sections which mentioned in the complaint as 499/500 of IPC is 2 years or fine or both.
if its u/s 182 of IPC then it may be six months or fine or with both.

3. Can I file a separate civil case for compensation?
Opinion:Yes you may file a civil suit for compensation against her as defamation or you may file a civil suit for damages against her before civil court.

4.If so how much I have to pay as court fee and other charges for 10 Lakh compensation case in Kerala (exclding lawyers fee)?
Opinion: 3% of the claimed amount and the lawyer fee.

Since your advocate is taking care of your case through court, you may follow it up closely with your advocate, all your queries will be answered based on the prevailing circumstances at your end.
