@ Bharat and @Author

This question, I could not guess correctly about what exactly is the matter.

Means I understand and know the procedure but what exactly you have done I never understood and thus was not able to get to core of the problem.

General Procedure which person does

Stamp Duty/Court fee etc. he log in to IGR website either he pays via online bank acc/debit card or electronic payment or he click on option deposit cash directly in account via bank.

Then automatic challan is generated which is valid for few days mostly it is 7 days . There are some details on challan like party name etc, for what purpose you are depositing etc.

Then in 7 days person goes and deposit cash in Bank /or give DD in that Bank .

New Receipt is generated online , you need to give your original challan no. and get the receipt.

After taking print out of receipt you attach the receipt on document if it is Stamp duty while registering document or if it it court fee then with the plaint in the court as court fee.

As per my academic study authorities in registration office/registrar office etc. make electronic entry about receipt of that challan in IGR receipt so same receipt can not be used multiple times at multiple places and some time put remark of entry done on that receipt (That they have done entry in IGR website reporting that stamp duty/court fee is used here)

---------------------------------------

Now my quesiton exactly what you did ? At which stage you created problem , please tell clearly then only proper ans. can be given.

When person pays stamp duty/court fee and wants to cancel the payment then procedure is bit different , If I am not wrong this defaced word is used at time of cancellation.

(I may be wrong but defaced word is actually in my impression used as synonymous with cancellation) or doing procedure that stamp/court fee should not be used again

It would be better if the expert would have posted / contributed for the thread rather to go on posting just to satisfy his ego / irritation / frustration.
