Respected Experts

Suit filed in name of Proprietary Firm. Money Decree obtained.
Now Firm has changed to a partnership concern of two people involving original proprietor and new partner..

How does one make changes to the suit and to the decree, so as to reflect the new partnership concern.

Who ever was the Proprietor at the time of filing the Suit would be Legally Responsible.Other Changes after filing of the Suit will not have any effect in the Case and Court Orders

File execution against the proprietor to recover the money.

I agree with Mr. Rajkumar, At the time of the said suit transaction, the person who was acting as a proprietor is liable for the execution as per the order.
