Dashrath Rupsingh Rathod vs State Of Maharashtra & Anr on 1 August, 2014

N.I. ACT

IS THIS JUDGEMENT WORTH LEGALLY PRONOUNCED?
Anirudh (Expert) 26 October 2014
Can you elaborate as to what do you mean by "worth legally pronounced?"
ajay sethi (Expert) 26 October 2014
SC judgement is binding on all courts in india

Only the competent court, which has heard the case in detail, can declare whether the judgment was worth legally pronounced. Moreover, if you feel that the judgment was not worth legally pronounced you could have given your point by point opinion which could have violated any legal provision on account of which you did not consider the judgment to be worth pronounced. You should be frank on giving your analysis of the judgment rather than asking an academic type of query without making a mention where you differed with the judgment. You should not expect the experts to read your mind to know on which point of judgment you have some opinion other than the judgment.
