Dakhil kharij on the sc 143 land.

I have purchased a 1000 sq ft plot from a SC farmer which is already converted into 143.
Now my question is :- Is Dakhil Kharij is possible on this type of land.?

If you have bought the property from the SC farmer by a registered sale deed and also if the property was not allotted to the farmer by any scheme of government or if the conditions of the said scheme is not operative as on the date of yor purchase, you can very well apply for dhakil karij
