Hi
We are 2 brothrs and 3 sisters
One of my brothers who stays in a diffeent state since last 30 yrs want his share now ..we have asked for 2yrs time for my daughters marriage
Now he is threatening to file partition suit and file injunction and other laws so that i cant cultivate the land .
I am a poor farmer..
queries:
Can he stop me from cultivation as other sisters are with me
Can he stop me from havin tenants in the ancestral house
Pl help me urgently

He can proceed to exercise all such options.
Your offer is not accepted by him (we have asked for 2yrs time for my daughters marriage).
Try again with some reasonable offer acceptable to him.
Other Perspectives:
Settle the matter amicably.
Or Buy his share.
Or Offer him profit cultivation on his share of land, and use of his share of property.
Or enter into written agreement with him.
Or go for registered family agreement on fair terms.

You have been enjoying his share for the last more than 30 years, how can you continue without his consent. He can seek partition, share and proceed
