Sir

with out serve summons, warrant and proclamation warrant case dispose under section 299 crpc and under section 82 mention as uncontested - dispose after proceeding u/s 299 crpc

not known whether witness examine or not by court
and also not known whether its civil or criminal in nature

so what steps taken by our side
and what time limit for further steps

pls guide urgently

But want to know what is maximum time limit to challenge case because i dont know whether its civil or criminal nature. also not know whether any order pass or not. but only mention as uncontested - after proceeding u/s 299 crpc
