If chargesheet has been filed then tt wd better if you put your case protesting the framing of charge. Nevertheless charges framed you should file revision against the order same.

Praying QUASH of FIR is is the remedy one should utilize at earliest opportunity, even before framing of the charge, else you file it after you are convicted as one or the other way this query has come here several times since yesterday.
Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 07 September 2011
Quashing the FIR is possible when there is no prima facie.

Quashing of the CC case before the framing of the charges is possible, if there is no evidence to show, that the case will end with a logical conclusion of conviction.
