My wife filed for mainataince under CRPC 125
I know she works in so and so company and her employee id as well.

Can i ask court to send notice to her company to get salary details, Is that provision is there.

You can ask anything and everything, nobody can prohibit you. But why her company would be obliged to provide details in husband & wife's private case? If you believe so, it is your duty to provide authentic data to the court.

Produce evidence after getting that verified at your own through some authentic source.
