1 Yes, it is necessary to answer all questions during Cross in D.V. case as not replying would mean admittance of the question asked but not replied.

My cross in DV is schedule for next week.

"I don't remember " was the reply given by brother in law during his cross.

( My lawyer is saying me to answer all question in either YES or NO). No need to elaborate.
