Crop damage compensation

Agricultural land was to be transferred as virasat case to me. Lekhpal, doing mischief labeled it disputed.. Sdm court ordered to do it.. Olavrashti crop compensation for 2014-15 was denied due to title.. Later in 2016 they gave in second phase only little as per funds. Can I claim full compensation

Certainly you will get full compensation. File a Writ against District collector and other land acquisition Authorities that MORE LAND WAS ACQUIRED THAN Is OFFICIALLY SHOWN AND HENCE i DESERVE MORE OR JUST COMPENSATION.i DON'T HAVE ANY PROPERTY EXCEPT THIS LAND.your PLEAS MAY BE POSITIVELY considered and just compensation may be awarded.CONSIDERED.
Have you done crop insurance? Then insurance people are liable to pay your crop damage compensation.

The administration was distributing crop compensation money as sent by govt. They didn't give me that time as they delayed transfer of title to me

Extraordinarily senseless, vague, misleading and funny advice by Ms. Usha Kapoor, a fake expert. The querist has asked question for compensation for damage of crop due to hailstorm/ rain with ice pellets, but she advises about compensation on account of land acquisition by the Government.

Due to hail storm or excess rains if crops are damaged and they are insured for that the crop insurance company will have to take full responsibility and l9able to pay the entire money for crop loss due to hail storm.
