dear respected lawyers
I made a query sometime back about my uncle's credit card and i received a lot of responses from some very good n helpful people. i am making this new thread to let u know the outcome
my uncle was due for 2 credit cards
amount 80,000
45,000
both banks have agreed for settlement and soon it will be settled without having to go to the law or any other means.
thank you for all those who helped me and also the criticism and insults also by few experts
i made that thread long as i wanted to know every possibility but it dint really go that far all matters got settled with ease.
the NICE PERSON (my uncle's cousin) he is repaying for the settlement along with help of some other family members
thanks to all wonderful people who helped and gave their precious valuable time for advise

Mr.devajyoti barman,
i deleted my old account after lot of insults n personal attacks. i made a new account again to thank the experts who helped me learn a lot about credit card n banking laws. even though i am not a law student i learnt a lot about banking n laws n monetary system in past 2 weeks.

I always was familiar with a saying the only free thing u get from people is advise and the lawyers charge for it. but after seeing a lot of experts who genuinely help a lot of people for free is amazing. i have been reading many posts on this forum for past 2 weeks and i see the straight forward real life answers from experts to help the common people, the good work by many experts cant be expressed in words.
but sometimes i hate to see some expert getting personal or being too quick to judge, i understand that law is a 2 edged sword which can be used to give justice as well as be used against. but judging someone based on questions is wrong especially from senior respectable experts.
again i am endorsing this forum to everyone in my circle and the respected experts who tried to help me

Please donot go by individual but see from the point of view of the group/team of majority of experts involved and sharing their opinion, views, expertise and experience.

Mr. Author: you are welcome for your appreciations at the same time, you should not be offended by noting some expert's experienced opinions which may not appease or favor you. Its good that your uncle's credit card matter has been solved, hope this was one of the suggestions made by one of the experts and endorsed by many.

i read ur review on my previous thread n here as well.i am not offended by someone showing disrespect to someone and even if it doesn't offend at least it doesn't make a person happy as well.
i have great respect,admiration, thankfulness towards all the great experts who have tried to help me, even if their advice or opinion was against me or unhelpful or against my opinion i respect you provided that it is presented in civil manner without judgement, hate n disrespect n personal mud slinging.
great respect for this forum n lawyers who tried to help or spoke against my questions in a polite civil manner
