Court marriage and divorce

Hello All,
Greetings

I am going to marry with a boy who did tell me the truth of his court marriage and divorce with his girl friend. Now i found some clue that he cheating with me. My parents wants me to marry with him but i need to know that he married before and divorced also. How should I?

TRY TO KNOW ABOUT CASE NO AND YEAR AND DATE OF DIVORCE DECREE BY COURT AND THEN APPLY FOR YOUR OWN CERTIFIED COPY OF THE DCREE AND KEEP THAT IN YOUR CUSTODY.

If the alleged marriage or divorce is the cause of your dilemma then first get the information and then decide. Take help of local lawyer.

Engage private detective and gather full information before proceedings. Get information from the boy and also obtain certified copy of the divorce.

If you suspect foul play by the groom, you can directly ask him to produce the copy of divorce decree he obtained from court and then verify its veracity through some reliable sources from the concerned court office directly and be satisfied about its reliability and authenticity.
