Correction in ssc of fathers name.

one of the local lawyer is objected to make a sworn affidivan . he said its not valid for educational certificates..
please tell me procedure in detail please I need help.

roll no is 1407877
my name is nakhuda akbal firose
fathers name is nakhuda emammohiddin.
but in ssc name of father is nakhuda akbal mohiddin.
I applied for correction in 2004 for father name correction board has asked for earlier tc lower class eduction countersigned by deo submit through high school. but earlier schools was closed. present x th class school were telling tat no record is der in which I hv studied.
please give me solution to change my father name in ssc as nakhuda emam mohiddin

you have to meet the board office for the procedure.

You cannot make an amendment to the SSC certificate at this belated stage.If you feel that the name of your father has been erred, you can get an affidavit to this effect and attach the same to the certificates folder which will be of some use or to file a declaratory suit only declaring correct name to appear in the SSC certificate.
