SIR,MY NAME IS GIVEN WRONGLY M MAJID IN TENTH .I HAVE TO CORRECT TO IT BY MOHAMMAD MAJID.IN THIS REGARD I HAD TALKED TO NIOS OFFICERS IN NOIDA AND THEY SAID YOUR NAME CAN NOT BE CORRECTED WITHOUT COURT CASE BECAUSE IT HAS COMPLETED THREE YEARS AFTER EXAM.SO CAN YOU PLEASE SOLVE MY PROBLEM....

You can change your name by following the 3 steps:
1) Notarized Affidavit
2) Publication of ad in News paper
3) Publication of your new name in official gazette.
