Cooperative bank

(Querist) 21 November 2014 This query is : Resolved
A co-operative bank served notice under securitisation act. Subsequently the bank took possession of the assets of the pvt ltd company. Bank sold the assets and realized their dues. Bank issued a no dues certificate. But the bank did not give the accounts statement as they realized more money than their dues. Writing letters to bank is not replied.

Please tell me remedy of this matter. Whether a criminal case can be filed against the bank or there is civil remedy. Can one approach High Court?

Because of Gujarat High Court stay order the Co-operative banks are not a pubic authority. I through Registrar Of Cooperative tried. The reply is misleading/improper. A writ in High Court appears to be a better solution.
