supreme court has given judgement in pushpa rani vs union of india that reservation policy is not applicable to restructured post in railway inspite of it they (railway) are not giving instruction to zonal railway that reseveration policy is not applicable to restructed post and in turn zonal railway are implementing the reservation policy from back door they are making contemp of supreme court order and common railway employee will have to approach cat to address the grivance what is the remedy for permanent solution as we aare not in a position to spend money and waste time once apex court has given decision what will happen if i bring these things to notice of registrar of supreme court will some action will be taken or not please give your expert opinion

you will have to take out contempt of court proceedings if railways are flouting court orders . mere bringing violation to regsitrar of SC wont serve the purpose

Nothing stops anyone to inform RG/SC or the concerned Bench which is the right forum to agitate contempt
