Why not? but first you should issue notice to company. You can also take criminal action for 420 IPC against responsible person.

No criminal action. Choices are insurance ombudsman or consumer court or civil court.

The querist has not furnished details of the alleged cheating by the insurance company. If the alleged cheating amounts to deficiency in service, he may file a case before the consumer forum, as this gives quicker results; on the other hand if the alleged cheating involves misappropriation of the sums due and payable to the querist he may consider filing a criminal case against the individual employee and the insurance company.
