Premium hike is commercial decision and is taken based on many factors. Your effort by filing case may not succeed to get it changed.

How can any one increase the premium twice? Medi-claim Insurance is of public interest.

Kumar Doab Ji,

My age is 35 but the Policy is family floater policy in which My parent also covered. eldest member is my father age 60 years.

Not a single claim yet.

I approach to IRDA many times but no response. They are also corrupt.

I want to lodge complaint in consumer forum but I do not have any idea about it, where it is, what is the procdures, should I hire advocate..........
