Construction of annadanasatram by vysya community in temple land

I am representing vysya community from Dhone Kurnool Dt AP. There is a propsal to construct and manage annadana satram at Sri Maddeleti narasimha swamy temple, Rangapuram Betamchrla mandal AP.The funds will be collected by religious Hindu-vysya community members.THere is no private land in the temple area. Please guide us.Please also guide us regarding GO'S endowment lands of AP

On the lands on which the Temple has authority a private individual or any private organisation cannot have any property. Yes if the endowment commissioner permits Temple can lease out the land to you for establishing annadana satram. otherwise no.
