I HAVE 24 GUNTAS OF LAND NEAR DEVANAHALLI, BENGALURU, I NEED TO CONSTRUCT A HOUSE OF 3000 SFT AND REMAINING LAND I WANT USE FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE . WILL I GET APPROVAL FOR HOUSE ? IF SO WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?

1. FOR a "Self-Residential House", Duly apply to the office of the local Town Planning .OR. to the Collector office, with certified copies of the land ownership documents.

Discuss with local authority, whether permission to land use is required or not. If required. apply to Commissioner office.
