but please solve my problem that
Kunwar (Querist) 04 February 2015
i have asked this due to confusion because i got married in March 2014 and suddenly quarrels happened between us and she was not ready to live at my home i have tried my best to solve the issue, when no solution came then i finally said for divorce but she was not ready and her family members were threatening my to file fraud case of dowry and all that. So i have file RCR but after two months of filing RCR she filed DVC against me. So till now only date extension was given by the court and no mediation or hearing was held. So my question is that when there is no result came with the RCR case,
1- Can i file for contested divorce because next date is in may 2015 and now i don't want to live with her or
2- I have to wait for any result from RCR case than i proceed for divorce
3- Can i include the fraud domestic case as cruelty ground for filing divorce.
