Complaints against a judge

(Querist) 17 August 2017 This query is : Resolved
I am holding a post of Superintendent of a hospital. The local Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, 4th court issued a Show cause letter in very rude language for not responding to a petition of Ld. APP for medical report. But the fact is that, I have not received any petition officially at my office docket section not even by any other means. And the show cause letter The Judge has claim plenty of allegations against which are not at all true. Can I lodge any complain against the Judicial Magistrate , !st Class. If yes, then where and how?

better file written reply to the said letter instead of lodging any complaint against said magistrate. first save yourself.

You cannot make a complaint against Hon. Judge and Court when you have not complied with the Court direction sent thru APP. Please first give the report to Hon. Court. Later if you so particular and if the court language is rude and trying to lower your prestige, you can make a complaint to Hon. High Court. I am commenting this without knowing the language used in the court order(amounting to defamation). If you provide me a copy of court order, better advice can be given to you.
