Complaint against my previous employer for not providing health insurance

I joined a software company and fell sick after two weeks and was hospitalised for typhoid treatment. HR told me earlier that I will get health insurance but denied when I quit after a month of service. Can I file a complaint against my employer for not providing me health insurance during my tenure of employment.

They did not mention in my offer letter that I will or will not get health insurance.

You have not replied to the point raised.

Submit Bills with covering letter under proper acknowledgment mentioning that it was promised during interview and joining.
Let the employer reply whatever it wants.

Seek help from IT/ITeS/Female IT employee's unions.

mere discussion does not constitute an agreement . It is not enforceable at law. If your employment letter states about that the employer will provide the insureace cover only then you may make a claim

Hi All Thanks so much for your expert opinions.
However, I am interested to know, if there is a way to get the mother attend the Court for my child's custody case.
As she always keep changing her locations and she has not even attended the court once.

Please advise
