Dear sir.my father worked in indian railway as goods guard.he had passed away july 19,2016.i apply for compassionate groud job.i have 2 brothers which are in Goverment job.they live with their family seprately.my mother lives with me.i am a married man.i am the onle bread binner.raikway drm rejected my file..olz suggest me ...

You have not mentioned the reasons for rejection.
Discuss with Railway Association representatives and local lawyer.

Discuss with Railways association office bearers.
Your two brothers are in government service, if they are not supporting your mother, she has right to demand maintenance from them. She must be having family pension of your father.

मेरे पिता जी रेलवे में गुड्स गार्ड के पद पर थे जिनका देहांत 19 जुलाई 2016 को बीमारी के कारण हो गया। मेरे दो भाई सरकारी सेवा में हैं ।इनमे से एक बड़े है और एक़ छोटे मै मंझला पुत्र हूँ।और अभी तक बेरोज़गार हूं।जिस कारण अनुकंपा के आधार पर मैंने जॉब के लिए रेलवे में अप्लाई करा। लेकिन डी र म सर ने मेरी फाइल को रिजेक्ट कर दिया।और फाइल को वेलफेयर विभाग में वापिस कर दिया कि जब इनके दो पुत्र नौकरी में है तो इनके पुत्र(मंझले) को नौकरी क्यू दी जाये । जबकि मेरे दोनों भाई अपनी अपनी फैमिली के साथ बाहर ही रहते हैं और घर पर केवल साल में एक या दो बार ही आते हैं।और ना ही घर कीे आर्थिक सहायता करते हैं।और न ही दोनों भाइयों ने पिता जी की बीमारी के खर्चे में मदद की।इसलिये घर और माता जी की सारी ज़िम्मेदारी मुझ पर ही है।और मै अभी तक बेरोज़गार हूँ।और ये सब मेरी माता जी ने लिखित में भी दे दिया है।अब मुझे किया करना चाहिए।
