Advocate. Arunagiri (Expert) 12 July 2014
If a person applies for a compassionate appointment, he has to give a declaration that no body in his family is in job.

If he gets a job under compassionate grounds, by giving false information, his appointment will be cancelled.

Taking suitable disciplinary action against the erring employee will be the job of the discipline enforcing authority of the government department, they will take care of the issue, hence instead of taking opinion from this forum about the ideas to avenge the said employee, approach the department directly with a complaint.
