Sir,

we are do if a wrongly said that my father which is 58 yr old while shouting her they are abuse me and when we proove that by audio clip that my father not touch her and than she change statement that, if future my father will do so ?

now how to treat this girl in from t of police in police station.

Query is not clear,try to ignore this matter or lodge a complaint to the police and file a case u/sec.107 Cr.P.C. in Executive Magistrate Court against the said girl.

actually sir yesterday happened that she was do clinging in building lobby and my mom suddenly walk away for that she fight with us regarding this " Why my mom walk away from there ",after that my father come out from home and sought her for same that this is common passage and only the one way to go out from building,in that we also held society meeting in that she told my " Tera papa mere pass aayatha marne" and i do recording that later she accepted that my father was not touch her and than she was change statement "in future this person will abuse me so ?" nothing we get satisfaction response from the society. they watch like movie.

if It is private common part of your building then no one can stop you from using it. And if you are or any family memeber of your family is being forced by someone for to not use that private common area or being confined by not allowing going through lobby using any kind of force, you can look for help of police / court under sec 357 of Indian penal code
