I am from ajmer (rajasthan) I want to know that is school level coaching institute comes under commercial activity. and can coaching institute run in residential property. Is their any registration required for that.

school needs muncipal corporation permission to run in residential area . file RTI application to find whether any such permission has been granted

Municipal corporation permission and any other permission as per local law is required.

It being an educational institution, certain formalities in this regard with the authorities namely, Municipality authorities, education authorities, fire service department etc, are to be complied with properly, hence better consult a local consultant having full knowledge about the local issue and law in this respect and proceed.
