Dear Sir / Madam,

Dear querist it requires facts. how did your grandmother transfer the property to your father either by way of Gift? Is your grandmother alive? If she gifted the property to your father by way of registered deed, then your father have right as he wishes during his life time.

Sir, Property was bought in my grand mother's name later it was transferred to my father's name. My grandmother was expired on 2006.

Dear Sir,
In the lifetime of your father it is available to anybody. If he dies intestate then only the children can claim property equally.

The property is in your grandmother's name and later it was transferred to your father name in which way? by way of gift deed or after her death, is it mutated in to your father's name. If your grandmother has not gifted, then your sisters also have right over the property.
Venky (Querist) 13 May 2019
Sir, Property was transferred by gift deed.

Your sisters are entitle for share in the property. It may be gift deed or any other instrument.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 13 May 2019
Still your sisters are entitled to have their share. They may relinquish by mercy on you.

Whether your father died intestate or has bequeathed subject property ?
It would be advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of facts/ documents, guidance and proceeding.
