Clarification reg ancestral owned property reg

(Querist) 24 May 2016 This query is : Resolved
Sir This is to inform you that I have owned a property through ancestral of my grandfather through a registered release deed by my uncle (fathers brother) my father is expired please tell me is there any dispute arise in future by my uncle or their children at the time of disposing the property or they have any right on the property after the release of the same
RAVI K GOUD (Expert) 25 May 2016
If your uncle executed the release of his rights on the ancestral property, AS the same is registered document then your uncle cannot raise any dispute, even if he raises he will be the loser.

For all practical purposes it is always prudent to verify your document with a experienced local lawyer.

All the best....

Casual query may not solve the problem, it is better, discuss with some senior lawyer in the field, show him all the documents for practical guidance.

Firstly your grandfather's property is not ancestral in your hand or even in your uncle's hand hence he need not take the consent or permission from his children for executing this release deed.
Once a release deed is registered, then he himself cannot revoke the same therefore his children cannot claim any right at a subsequent stage too.
