An Advocate who had Filed A Suit as Petitioner for Recovery of Advance From a Marriage Hall Whether He Could Represent A PIL case as Advocate to the Petitioners to the Same Marriage Hall in 4th floor with NO Approvals.Your Advise /Comments would be Appreciated with Thanks.

Since both the issues relate to different cause of action one person can pursue the cases in different capacity without attracting any conflict of interest .
