Claim for settlement of my full & final dues

I was an employee in emco ltd in last year. I resigned from co on 01st dec 15 & lave the office on 13th dec15. Organisation shows an income for the period 13 th dec15 in my I.t. file. But till date co not make any payment to me regarding nov & dec15. They replies verbally that payment is not possible on account of non-completion of one month notice. I reply that I give the notice for 12 days and request to release my payment after deduting basic for 18 days as per joining letter. But they reply nothing. Kindly advise.

Send registered letter followed by legal notice for your claim.

The issue might be involving private inner wish to not to show the notice pay recovery in FnF statement and issue Form16 as per correct FnF statement.



You may demand to supply; acknowledgment of notice of resignation, its acceptance, acceptance of resignation, correct FnF statement showing computation of earned wages { (@ gross/CTC monthly wages/26*12)}/bonus/leave encashment/incentives/OT/reimbursements/Gratuity etc and also adjustment/reduction of notice pay { (@ basic monthly wages/26*18)}, Form16 as per correct FnF statement, service certificate, relieving letter, PF a/c slips of each year, salary slip of each month including last month,NOC/NDC,acknowledgment of handover of charge/assets etc..............
