I am amar. My age is 20.i had 2 brothers my grandfather has a property. He write that property in my name and my brothers name at the time of my childhood. At that time my age is 8years.so he kept my mother as guardian.recently my grandfather passed away. my aunt (my father's sister ) filed suit against my father for that property. does she have any right against that property. I am from nalgonda ( district ), telangana ( state ). I hope you will send solution soon.
