Civil revision application

My CRA,against the order rejecting appl. for 9A of CPC and O7 Rule 11 by the subordinate court, is also rejected by the High court without following provision of law and misinterpretation of Apex court judgement.
What is the remedy for me? may I go for writ under article 227 since there is no remedy in CPC against the rejection of CRA n CPC.Plz advise with ctation if any.

Hi Jain,
WP only is the remedy but chances of success are grim.I your advocate is convinced that your view point is correct and HC interpreted earlier SC Judgment incorrectly then and only then go ahead.Good Luck
