Our grand paa left agri land of 10 acres with 2 sons and 2 daughters. But unfortunately after his death as on 27.09.2011 we come to know 06 acres property has been transferred to one son and rest of property was transferred as per law among all legal heirs. Now rest of legal heirs file suit against this HIBA and civil proceeding are carry on. Now witnesses has Heared in court and arguments are left ..Please guide what are the chances of breaking of this HIBA.

without going through suit proceedings and pleadings filed in court till date we cannot advice . your lawyer can guide you in this regard
