DEAR EXPERTS,

MY UNCLE LOST CIVIL LAND PARTITION CASE IN THE SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.

MAY HE FILE FRESH NEW SUIT AGAINST SAME OPPONENT AND SAME LAND IN THE LOWER COURT AGAIN WITH NEW EVIDENCE?

PLEASE ADVISE ME SIR.

Show the judgment qua previous suit (dismissed by SC) to some other local lawyer for proper guidance, advise and proceedings.
If s/he finds a new cause of action it can be instituted.

Since you have already visited the gates of Supreme court, it is better to take the opinion from your own lawyer or other lawyer in the local by showing the judgment copy of the supreme court.
