Your question is vague. An unregistered document cannot be taken in evidence and cannot be marked.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 28 February 2018
Per limited understanding from query; if a document is fabricated IT can be called fabricated...
SHIRISH PAWAR, 7738990900 (Expert) 28 February 2018
During trial you can deny the fabricated document. Once trial is over you will not have any chance to deny the document.
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 01 March 2018
Yes! During trial you will have a righto deny such fabricated document/. Thereafter you'd lose that right. period of limitation is 3 years to deny such fabricated document.
