Cheating by a company

Dear Experts,
In a company i along with others invested some on daily basis for which the company allotted a plot towards payment if not interested to have the plot rate just like as guaranty.and the company issued a certificate to that effect.For Example i paid an amount of Rs.3,99,360,000/. The company has to pay the amount. The company given a certificate showing that Plot cost Rs.159840 and development costs Rs. 239760=total cost Rs.3,99,360.and estimated Realizable Value Rs.4,44,000/-after one year.the company has to pay the amount of Rs.4,44,000/-on 05-09-2013.But the company failed to pay the amount despite repeated requests and demands.what action can we take on this issue.a police complaint also given but no response except issuing FIR since 9 months.kindly give the suitable advice in this regard with whom to approach either from registrar companies or SEBI or Ministry of Finance etc;The Company is KISAN ESTATES INDIA LIMITED.Reg.Off:3-6-154,plot No.205,2nd Floor,Victoryvision,Himayatnagar,Hyderabad.29.www.kisanestates.com.040-64517779, 9247037779.Thank you sir with an anticipation

You can file winding up petition in high court as well.

dear experts,Thank you very much for your kind and quick response.
The person is a poor man .hence in this regard whom to approach in the high court like helping hands in the high courts like sub courts are helping with a legal aide to the poor and the needy.

You may approach the The govt. legal services authority which offers legal services at free of cost. An office of the state government exists in almost all the courts.
