Cheated for money

Hello.. I do a business and in that I gave things in instalments to a friend but she didn't return.she has changed her number and so I could no longer contact her. Can I lodge a diary against her?

Details of the case not mentioned. If you had her phone number, you must be having her residential/official addresses too, contact her on those addresses. You were giving things on instalment, must be maintaining record of those items and taking her acknowledgement or receipt, these will help you to recover the things from her or money as the case may be. Lodging a police complaint will also require all these information and without these you won't get any relief from the police department.

You have civil claim against her after searching her address till she had acted in criminal way..
