Sir
Once Chargesheet is filed in the court can the accused challenge the same in the trial court before summoning instead of approaching high court under 482.

1. If the charges are not framed by the court then the accused can file application for discharge citing the loopholes in the statements of the witnesses examined by the police and which are sent along with the charge sheet.

Openly soliciting business through such public portals by some experts here which is very bad practice and unethical, should be discarded or should be avoided. There are many ways to earn but never by misusing this charity platform where all experts oblige to render service free of cost by sparing their valuable time, energy and share their knowledge.
