Sir Once Chargesheet is filed in the court can the accused challenge the same in the trial court before summoning instead of approaching high court under 482.

1. If the charges are not framed by the court then the accused can file application for discharge citing the loopholes in the statements of the witnesses examined by the police and which are sent along with the charge sheet.
