If the evidences been already enclosed with main petition at the first stage then is there a need to again attach these with the affidavit for evidences at the third stage when the court order for producing evidences?

with affidavit, attach list of original doc you rely upon & witnesses.
If already attached with petition, and exhibited, mention those exh no. in list of doc relied upon.

The documentary evidences, if only copies were filed with the main petition, the originals of the same are to be filed and all the evidences are to be marked along with the affidavit filed as chief examination. Take the guidance of your lawyer if you are struck in between.

Dear Mr Kalaiselvan, Many thanks. I am handling this family law case myself. I have filed the evidences with main petition and also on second hearing regarding summons served. Now I making affidavit but only that I don't understand how to exhibit. So to solve this matter, can I again make affidavit where I again attach to this affidavit all the evidences already filed at first and second hearing together which already I submitted. At least it is not wrong and court will not reject my this evidences affidavit??
