Change of house no with out intimation in municipal records reg

Dear sir I have a house in hyderabad the door no of the same is changed by the municipal corporation hyderabad in their records from the actual alloted at the time of assessment to some other number with out any reason and intimation, I given a complaint to for the same to the Deputy commissioner to correct the number as you alloted at first all the related documents submitted for their reference but nobody is responding to me in the month of february'2015 I has given the complaint so kindly tell me what to do further to get actual door no in municipal records details are below

first alloted H.No number is - 1-11-89 now the same is changed to 1-11-89/1

First Check the actual Reasons for the Change .Check with your neighbour's Door nos also.You could Seek the Reasons by writing Thro RTI.Basing On their Replies You Could Proceed

Please check the property tax assessments for last 2 years on when the change of door number is entered in records. please make a request in writing(please ensure to get acknowledgement from GHMC on your request) to GHMC to issue you an intimation notice regarding change of door number. This process generally takes time, but if you are in hurry you can request the revenue officer incharge of your locality to give this letter to you in 30 days time.
