Change in rtc name

Sir I purchased house in 2014 and know sell the house the party said that rtc is not on your name. Rtc show it's show 1998 person name and how can I change please help me

Record of Rights, Tenancy and Crops (RTC). For mutation, it requires copy of Sale Deed, application for mutation with court fee stamp affixed on it, Indemnity bond on stamp paper of requisite value, Affidavit on stamp paper of requisite value (they varies from one State to other State), and Receipt of up-to-date property tax payment.
