It is believed that you are all Hindu.
Confirm!
Kumar Doab (Expert) 16 February 2018
The term used by you is 'Foster' Daughters............
Were these daughters adopted by valid adoption/deed? '
or
under Foster care as per term 'Foster' used by you...
Isaac Gabriel (Expert) 17 February 2018
You can apply and get another legal certificate, as it may not be possible either to cancel or include you rnames. in it. In the result the so called foster would be forced to get succession certificates form the court.Neverthless do it without loss of time, they may use it..
Ms.Usha Kapoor (Expert) 17 February 2018
Its better you get another legal heir certificate without loss of time., Is there any valid adoption deed for showing a valid adoption if you are a Hindu as raised by Kumar Doab?If they fail to show any valid adoption deed or prove adoption you alone as biological son will be considered for legal heir certificate.
Kumar Doab (Expert) 17 February 2018
Agreeing with Mr. Issac Gabriel, Ms. Usha Kapoor............

Another Prospective; Approach Higher Authority e.g; Distt. Collector and appraise and request/complain to cancel the said legal heir certificate............ that is issued either out of oversight/procedure lapse/willfully.....................suspected unethical reasons..............

Immediately lodge complaint with O/o Authority say; Commissioner -MC..in writing under proper acknowledgment and request not to act upon said Legal heir Certificate..........
